AhdsrModulator#
An AHDSR envelope from the start of each note: Attack rises from 0 to full over its time, Hold stays at full, Decay falls to the Sustain level, which holds until note-off; Release then falls to 0. Times are milliseconds; sustain is a level from 0 to 1. On Volume it is the note's gain (a release keeps the note sounding after note-off until it has faded). On Pitch, Amount is the full-envelope bend in cents (a falling pitch on a kick drum: attack 0, decay 40, sustain 0, amount 1200). On Panning, the amount is the full-envelope pan.
